Going with the Flow

So I actually had a good time performing on stage tonight. It's funny I'm generally a nervous, anxious person but the one thing I'm hardly ever nervous about is going on stage. I love being on stage. It feels like home.

I had to do a quick #2 before we performed (have you ever tried doing flamenco footwork while you're on the toilet. It's really a fun challenge.) Anyway, it was taking some time so I resorted to my thoughts. I was thinking that you know maybe I should really start trusting the Universe. I intellectually understand the concept of surrendering and sort of following the signs and letting the Universe help you manifest your dreams, but I don't think I deeply understand it yet. I feel like I always have TO DO something. I think you have to just let and watch the mountain goats pass by so to speak.

I think going with the flow is really in essence trusting with your whole Heart that the Universe will take care of things for you. If you trust that Love is always on its way, then what does one really have to fear?

It's a beautiful belief I think.
