A long time ago, my mentor told me that we all have an angel. Every human being on this planet has an angel that looks after him or her. Yes. Can you believe it. She repeats this to me now and then and sometimes I still have a hard time believing it. But it's true. All six billion or so of us human beings, the good and the bad, have at least one angel who looks after us. Our angels are our guides and helpers. Your angel will help you but only if you call for her.

When you feel lost and don't know what to do, call on your angel. Every night before you go to sleep, ask for your angel to be with you. Your angel loves you. When you feel that no one loves you or understands you, when you feel lost in your darkest hour, just always remember in the back of your mind, in the back of your heart that your Angel is there. Your Angel is always watching you.
